Why attend?

In an increasingly unpredictable operating environment, the research management agenda is becoming ever-more challenging. The ARMA and SRA International cooperation programme has been specifically designed to help those setting the research management agenda to develop essential skills and expertise, in leadership in research management.

The Global Leadership in Research Management Programme seeks to provide participants with the tools they need to understand the global research drivers, priorities and environment, and the leadership skills required to navigate the challenges they pose.

How does the application process work?

Deadline: January 2018

  • All applicants must complete the Programme Application Form and use it to clearly demonstrate why they are a suitable candidate. A selection process will take place to ensure that delegates can gain maximum return from their participation.
  • Forms received after the deadline will not be considered.
  • Successful participants will be notified by February 2018.

What does the registration fee include?

The registration fee* of $7,000 USD includes:
  • INORMS Congress in Edinburgh, UK (June 4-7, 2018);
  • Pre-conference workshops before both conferences (with included accommodation and meals for pre-conference activities);
  • Series of webinars covering essential topics;
  • SRA International Annual Meeting in Puerto Rico, USA (October 27-31, 2018);
  • Participation in regularly organized virtual discussions on a collaborative project.
*Travel and all other costs or expenses are not included in the fee.
