There is (1) official meeting hotel that was chosen for the numerous benefits it offers meeting attendees and we request your assistance and support by booking your hotel accommodation at this location early. Accommodations reserved outside the official meeting hotel room block are not part of the conference accommodation. If you are not going to attend the meeting please cancel your room early to allow other conference attendees to stay at the main conference hotel.
