*Full meeting registration includes Monday Opening Reception. Lunch Monday-Tuesday in the Exhibit Hall. Concurrent sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Exhibit Hall access. Saturday and Sunday workshops are an additional fee.
**For non-member, the full meeting registration includes one year of SRA International full membership.
***The workshops on Saturday and Sunday are optional and are not included in the registration rate. Lunch is included if you sign up for a full day or two half-day workshops on the same day. The registration rate for workshops does not include participation in any other activities such as social functions and concurrent sessions, which require full registration. You need to be an SRA International full member to attend a workshop.
****The Guest Tickets for the Opening Reception are meant for accompanying people of the conference attendee for Monday, October 21 Opening Reception. The Opening Reception is already included in the attendee Full Meeting Registration rate.

Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before September 27, 2019. Cancellations submitted on or before September 27, 2019, less $75 meeting cancelation fee and $25 cancellation fee per workshop. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the cancelation fees. No refunds will be made after September 27, 2019. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation.
We cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment. After the registration deadline, you may register and pay onsite. For onsite registration, payment must be made using an organization or personal check, or credit card. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancelation.
