Earmarks are Back: What Are They, How Do They Work, What Are the Terms?
In this session, experienced attorneys from the Washington, D.C. law firm of Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP will discuss the return of earmarks to the Congressional appropriations process. Included in this session will be what they are, a look at the terms and conditions imposed by HHS and other federal agencies in administering Congressional earmarks, and thoughts about how your Institution should formulate a strategy for getting on the list so to speak.
