We are continually moderating the preventative measures for our Annual Conference to be in accordance with the guidance provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and the Caesars Palace.

Workshops are optional pre-conference events that need extra signup in advance. There are full-day and half-day workshops that take place on Monday and Tuesday before the conference. Pricing information can be found on our Registration page.

The concurrent sessions on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are part of the conference registration rate. You don't need to select sessions in advance. For the complete program, please visit our Education page.
Tracks are designed to develop the content in a way that assures value-added opportunities for attendees. Tracks represent major subjects and issues in research administration.

The Exhibit Hall will be open Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, and on Friday from 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM. Coffee and tea will be available in the Exhibit Hall when open. Stay tuned for a full list of this year's exhibitors.
We know you might not be able to get all of your questions answered during exhibit hall hours, so don't hesitate to contact any of this year's exhibitors through the mobile app (coming in September).
This year's conference is scheduled to take place Wednesday, November 2 - Friday, November 4, with optional pre-conference workshops taking place Monday, October 31 - Tuesday, November 1.
The conference will be held at the Caesars Palace. Locations for all events not being held at the main conference hotel will be noted in the Schedule-at-a-Glance.
We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your meeting experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a lighter sweater or jacket with you during the day as the conference rooms are air-conditioned.

Research Professional News is an editorially independent part of Ex Libris, producing highly regarded specialist news on research policy, funding, and higher education. Journalists will be present at the 2022 Annual Meeting to pen articles related to the conference and the sessions provided. Registered attendees will have access to the published articles while attending the Annual Meeting, and three months post conference. SRA International has secured a block of rooms starting at $229 USD + $20 discounted resort fee + tax/night.
We are sorry that you won't be joining us. You must cancel your room reservation 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival to the hotel to receive a refund. Your room reservation and meeting registration are separate from each other. Canceling your meeting registration does NOT cancel your room reservation and vice versa.

Full Meeting registration rate includes access to all learning activities Wednesday-Friday, the Opening Reception and the Exhibit Hall. Registered attendees will also receive access to all available session handouts online and the participant list. Meals included are: food and beverage at the Wednesday evening event; tea and coffee; and lunch Wednesday and Thursday. Lunch is included on Monday and Tuesday for workshop attendees participating in full-day or two half-day workshops on the same day.
Membership for SRAI is individual and nontransferable to others. However, research professionals registering for the meeting as a nonmember will receive a complimentary one-year membership for SRA International! For more information on SRA International membership please see the Membership page.
A confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via email immediately upon registering online or via phone. The confirmation will come from the email address registration@srainternational.org, so please add this address to your "safe list." For registrations made by check, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via email upon processing. If you do not receive confirmation after 30 days, please do not hesitate to contact our registration department at +1 (703) 741-0140 ext. 222 or at registration@srainternational.org.
We are sorry that you won't be able to join us for this exceptional learning and networking experience! However, we understand that things happen so if you simply can't attend, please notify us per email at registration@srainternational.org by Monday, October 10. Refunds will be processed less a $75 meeting cancellation fee and $25 cancellation fee per workshop administrative fee. No refunds will be made after October 10 or for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are not accepted. If you are unable to attend but someone else from your organization can come in your place, please notify us in writing via email at registration@srainternational.org.
