Caesars Palace and Flamingo Las Vegas SRAI room block cuttoff date is Friday, October 7. After this date the conference rate will not be available to reserve.
A one-night deposit is required upon booking. The deposit is refundable if cancellation is received by the hotel 72 hours prior to arrival. Any no-shows or cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival will be assessed a one-night room and tax charge.
The Caesar Palace and Flamingo Las Vegas check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. The hotel bellman can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on the departure day.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact Caesars Palace or Flamingo Las Vegas hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservations. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive a refund. Canceling your sleeping room DOES NOT cancel your meeting registration.
