Workshops on Saturday, October 14 & Sunday, October 15 are an additional fee.
**For Non-Member, the full meeting registration includes one year of SRAI full membership.
***The workshops on Saturday, October 14 & Sunday, October 15 are optional and are not included in the registration rate. Lunch is included if you sign up for a full day or two half-day workshops on the same day. The registration rate for workshops does not include participation in any other activities such as social functions and concurrent sessions, which require full registration. You need to be an SRAI full member to attend a workshop.

Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before September 15, 2023. Cancellations submitted on or before September 15, 2023, less a $75 meeting cancellation fee and a $25 cancellation fee per workshop. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the cancellation fee(s). No refunds will be made after September 15, 2023. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed if the program is cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, you will be notified by SRAI from srameetings@srainternational.org.
We cannot process any advance registrations without full payment. For onsite registration, payment must be made using an organization or personal check, or credit card. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted. You must be a Full Member of SRAI at the time of the meeting to receive member rates.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SRAI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the attendee to the use and distribution of their image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by SRAI and other third parties.
