- 8’ x 10’ Booth Space 6’ table with pipe and drape, two chairs, wastebasket, header sign with the company name.
- One (1) complimentary meeting registration and two (2) exhibit booth-only badge.

- Attendee List: Pre-/Post-conference attendee list for one-time use.

Cancellation Policy: All requests for cancellation must be made in writing to jatkison@srainternational.org, (45) business days before the start of the event date and shall become effective upon receipt by SRAI. If written notice of cancellation is received by SRAI on or before (45) business days before to the event SRAI will retain or shall be owed a cancellation fee of $250; if written notice of cancellation is received by SRAI after (45) business days before the start of the event date, SRAI will retain or shall be owed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total exhibit fee and /or purchase package for event. Exhibit space is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment: Exhibitors must make required payments (45) business days before the start of the event. Thereafter exhibitors are further responsible for ensuring that there are no outstanding amounts owed by them to SRAI.
